Did you set an IP address outside of the DHCP range of the hub directly on the NAS? If not, I suggest you do so.

I have a NAS media server connected via Lan to my BT router . I can see the assigned IP address and have set it to be static. Problem comes when I try to set a Port Forwarding rule so that I can access the media files on the NAS from other devices and externally . For some reason there is a 'greyed' out port forwarding rule already set for that IP address. No matter how often I try deleting that rule to enter new config settings it never goes away . If I try entering correct port forwarding settings the hub won't save them presumably to avoid two port fowarding settings for one IP address.

I can ee and read all files via Windows Network Explorer on my PC.

Is there anything else I can do before I resort to factory reset th Hub?
