      <description>&lt;P&gt;No idea, mate.&amp;nbsp; Everything is working fine where I am.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are not talking to BT, by the way.&amp;nbsp; This is a customer to customer help forum, so the people on here are fellow customers like yourself.&amp;nbsp; The only BT employees are the moderators.&amp;nbsp; They may or may not pick this up eventually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your best bet is probably to phone customer services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>How are you connecting the hub to the computer that is not connecting to the internet? If it's by WiFi trying connecting instead with an ethernet cable. If that works it shows there's something amiss with the WiFi system in your house, not the broadband supply to the hub.&lt;BR /&gt;Another thing to try is just to reboot your hub or, if that doesn't work, try a reset of the hub - by pressing the indented button on the rear of the hub for around 15 seconds until the hub light goes green.&lt;BR /&gt;If you call BT customer services, they'll probably walk you though these measures anyway</description>
