    <description>Are your discs really the white "Wholehome" discs - or are they the black "Complete WiFi" discs?&lt;BR /&gt;The latter are indeed supplied by BT in sufficient number to give your house complete WiFi, so long as your broadband contract includes this service.&lt;BR /&gt;The white Wholehome discs are a one-time purchase so are not supplied under any BT broadband service.</description>

      <title>Not enough wholehome discs... how to follow up?!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not received all of my wholehome wifi discs. How do I chase this up with BT? Their predefined list of support options sends me in a circuitous doom loop to hell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I first got this service I got one disc, as was told if I had more than I needed it can cause other issues.&amp;nbsp; BT technical support will be able to provide more (Up to a max of 3 I believe) if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
