Thanks, I can see it now.

I had found that earlier but it didn't register to my overtired brain that it was not just a text box...

I went back to it while I was waiting for this image to appear, only this time I tried moving the mouse over it and that's when I realised what had been staring me in the face all along...

For the record, turning this off has stopped the work iPhone from getting an IPv6 address when connected to my Home WiFi. I now have the proof my team need to take to our ZTNA supplier that our iPhone app issues are being caused by IPv6.

Aprreciate the assist - and thanks to all who posted

I need to be able to stop my BT SmartHub2 from issuing IPv6 addresses, especially to my Work devices. I am getting fed up with having to sign into the EE backup router's WiFi (which only issues IPv4 addressses) to get around the IPv6 issues that BT are persistantly causing on my work devices.

I've signed into Hub Manager as the administrator, but it seems there is no longer any way to turn off IPv6.

Try setting IPv6 allocation mode to 'off', otherwise turn off IPv6 on your device.

Not sure why obtaining an IPv6 address is causing problems, your device should drop back to IPv4 if no IPv6 connectivity.

There is no way turn IPv6 allocation off in my Hub Manager, there is no switch, it just has a statement - Enabled

The work device is an iPhone, and Apple doesn't have a setting to turn off IPv6, and although we've set up policies to disable IPv6, this SmartHub2 just bulldozes an IPv6 regardless and breaks all the company deployed apps.

It doesn't get an IPv6 address straight away, there's a time lag of between 2 to 5 minutes - but as soon as the IPv6 addresses resolve, it's game ovber for the company apps.

Have you tried clicking on where is says Enabled?

Even when you turn it off, you might have to wait until your devices forget the prefix they've already been allocated, so I wouldn't expect to see instant results.
