smart hub 2 blocking some websites & my bt email on outlook

hi all had a smart hub for sometime been ok, but a few times now (and it lasts for days before clearing) i can't get on some of my websites & won't allow outlook to connect with my BT email, first time it started it was just on the wifi but atfer a coupl of days it was wifi & ethernet, now it both again, i've tried 2 different laptops still the same I can get on a few sites but others it just seems to time out,

if i go to nieghbours house (sky boardband) & son in next village both laptops connect no problem

in past Tried a few different things on laptop to get working normally, but it appears to suddenly just work normally

some of the websites are Ebay, paypal, not talking about adult or priate sites

tried going back to restored point on win's laptop( in case that helped) and now that has crashed

But if i can connect ok in other folks houses/boardband seems to me to be a Smarthub 2 fault ?

This does seem like a really odd issue, have you got any parental controls set up at all?

Have you tried restarting the router yet?

Try a factory reset on your BT hub by pressing the recessed button on the rear for about 30 seconds.
