      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Our terraced street is pretty wi-fi crowded and I've changed the router channel a few times accordingly after looking at Wi-Fi Analyser. The last two times the channel interfering with ours has changed with ours, so no luck. I finally realise our router is transmitting two signals on channel 6... is this possible? one is marked as our network, the other is EE. When I try to access the router it won't recognise the password {checked carefully}. I've done a reset twice and used the password on the back of the router but no luck. I want to change to channel 13. I'm OK with the 2.4 band. Everything is working OK but the printer takes ages to connect even in the same room. Advice please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;what appears to be a duplicate channel is the free EEWIFI/BTWIFI which you are automatically opted in to and can use&amp;nbsp; it when out and about connecting to other BT/EE broadband customers.&amp;nbsp; the login is your BT username and password not same as hub login and password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can opt out of BTWIF/EEWIFI if you want but then you do not get access when out and about&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are using a BT Smarthub 1, 2 or 3 you will not be able to change to channel 13. You will only be able to use channels 1,6 or 11 as the hubs are locked to only use those channels which are the only ones that do not overlap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>"Everything is working OK but the printer takes ages to connect even in the same room."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also got fed up with the vagaries of my printer connection via WiFi. So I connected it via an old-fashioned USB cable and it works just fine, instantly responding to a print command from my computer.&lt;BR /&gt;Printer manufacturers still usually provide for a USB connection but setting it up is not covered in their "get started" instructions and, on my printer, the USB socket was covered with a sticker. You have to search for the instructions on how to do it on the printer maker's webpage.&lt;BR /&gt;You can't use the printer maker's "instant ink" service if you're USB connected, but you can still maintain the printer's WiFi connection for firmware updates.</description>
