Hi,

We moved 8 months ago and I carried on with a new Halo3 contract at the new address. Since then we've had 2 outages which affected the whole village. I got out my trusty mini hub (which we also brought from old address) but it didn't connect, basically because there is a very poor 4g/5g signal here.

I contacted BT and was told it need to pay £500 to get terminate the contract as Ofcom show an excellent 4g/5g coverage.

So I'm paying for a service, that was sold to me, under the strength of Ofcom records, that I cannot use to the full.
