Linking Smart Hub 2 discs to Fibre 900

Hi Just purchased Fible 900, but cannot link my old Smart Hub 2 discs. I have factory reset but no luck.

Are they compatible or do I need to request a new disc? Thanks

The fact that it is Fibre 900 is irrelevant. If the discs worked with the Smart Hub 2 before, they should work now.

Did they send you a new Smart Hub 3 by any chance?

The broadband service is irrelevant, it is the hub that is relevant. If you haven't changed the hub, nothing should have changed.

Then you need new discs
