Tried again to connect, same message.

I connected a Lan cable, and successfully connected immediately, connected via a Hotspot on my Iphone, connected immediately.

Also tried switching off / on the Hub, factory reset on TV, same problem

Tried to contact EE help desk, cant get past the BOT, keeps coming back as line tests OK. I tried adding ASSIST with no luck. Help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a separate EE forum here:

https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/bd-p/broadband

As they are more familiar with EE equipment, it may be better posting your question there.
