Is BT Webmail down?

I've tried logging in via my Android phone and Windows PC but after logging in nothing happens. On both devices I just get "502 Bad Gateway". Any ideas?

I have been logged out of webmail (about 10-15 minutes ago) and cannot get back in - I was getting a message saying 'cannot connect to server' and now it's '502 bad gateway' My phone also cannot see recent emails.

Where can I find status information for BT webmail, please?

Yep, down as deep as an abandoned mine shaft.

Dear BT, can I have a refund of £7.50 this month please> Your email system sucks... Different browsers, different devices - simply will not connect!

I'm in a 20 minute queue trying to report to BT by phone, if I get through I'll report back what they say ...

It's even worse - now Thunderbird has been screwed by BT. Great job guys, pat on the back all round... 😂

Same here? Totally fed up with BT email, constantly logging you out and each time, you have to do the 'Captcha' puzzle to get back in! Pants!!! (VPN why??)

When I try to login using my usual Password and Norton Vault Secure Password, it attempts to login, but the process times out and displays a message saying it 'Cannot connect to the Server'.

Nearly 3300 reports on DownDetector now.

There will be millions of users who don't know about this forum or DownDetector, so it's a massive foul-up.

Question is, is anything being done about it? How do you tell them? I am nervous as flying tomorrow. I can access my flight but what if there are updates?

My wife's suddenly had a batch of emails deliverd to her Thunderbird email client, so something appears to be working. Looking at her webmail, it's starting to come back
