Can't access email on windows edge

For the last couple of days when I try and log into my email on windows edge I get the following message

400 Bad request

Your browser sent an invalid request.

I can access it no problem on my phone or on firefox so it's not the end of the world but i wondered if anyone knew how to solve it?

Good afternoon @purple_kathryn, welcome back to the Community!

We've recently made some changes around how BT Webmail is accessed, so if you've got an older bookmark then I'd recommend deleting this, and also clear your browser's cookies and cache too?

Once you've sorted this, please head over to bt.com and select email at the top of the screen, then things should be good to go from here.

You can re-add this to your bookmarks from there, too.
