Log in problem

Over the last few weeks, I am intermittently not able to log in on my PC. When I hit Email on the main page I get a screen which flicks between a BT logo and a log/password screen which does not stay in place long enough to use. I can access e-mails on my phone luckily. Sometimes restarting the PC works, but not today.

Is this a recognised problem and is there work on a fix? It is very frustrating for someone who uses e-mail on their PC daily!

can you log in if you got to top of forum page and select 'email'?

Are you using a shortcut to get to the log on page? If you are try logging on using the Email button at the top of the page. If this brings up a new page make that your new shortcut and delete the "old" one.

You should at the same time clear the history and cookies from your web browser.

Thank you for all your help. I have cleared history and cache, deleted the tab I was using and will create a new one. It has worked for today but I am not convinced it will work tomorrow due to the fact that somedays it works and somedays not. Sorted for now which is great.
