BT email only allowing to view 2 days email?

Hello I can only access todays and yesterdays emails does anyone know how I can view my older emails without having to use the search box every time? @BT why am I being restricted from viewing my own data? I would like to be able to retrieve all my emails via the web browser like I always have done and not a 3rd party app. thanks.

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.

Thankyou that was the issue, it had been like that since I had a email outage a few days ago perhaps an update reset my prefs.
