      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please could you let me know how I can retrieve emails that have disappeared from my Sent folder for no apparent reason. 8 months worth of emails have been lost!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to call BT 0330.1234.150 and ask to speak to the email team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I would not hold out much hope of getting them recovered. If they are not on the BT servers when you have checked all your folders that usually means that they have been deleted and can not be recovered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is the BT Customer Service number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps your mobile contract does not allow 0330 numbers. Try replacing it with 0800.1234.150&lt;/P&gt;</description>
