Webmail login

Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password. Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps work fine. Been like it 3 days

You may be using the "old" log on page.

You could also try using the email app that comes with Android phones which will be a better way to access your email without having to use BTMail webmail using a browser.

As @gg30340 mentions in their post about using the app, I've always just used BT Email app on mobile devices, no hassles and works fine with multiple email addresses, easily switch between each one without having to log in and out all the time.
