    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&amp;nbsp; If it helps I have a humax box model DTRT2100&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed tonight that I don't seem to be able to access&amp;nbsp; any the channels that I should have through now tv through the tv guide. (Eg sky witness , sky movies etc)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can still access it through the app on the TV no problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;channel name&amp;gt; is unavailable. Please check if you can continue to access this channel. IPC6007&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had tried a reboot &amp;amp; retune thinking it was maybe to do with the freeview reshuffle but it hasn't worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Would you try the steps below and let us know how you get on?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try to access the BT Player, press the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(or YouView) button, then scroll to and select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BT Player&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you still see the error message then try restarting your equipment by following these steps:
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;First, restart your Hub&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait for the broadband light on your Hub to go blue&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart your TV box, using the power switch on the back&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Now check if you still receive the error&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your software version is up to date. To do this, press the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(or YouView) button, then go to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Software Information&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Update Software&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and press&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your On Demand players are up to date by pressing the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(or YouView) button, then going to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Software Information&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Update players &amp;amp; apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and press&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi John, OK tried all the steps &amp;amp; still no luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although when try to update the apps I get an error message stating&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"we can't update your apps.&amp;nbsp; Please try again later or visit bt.com/tverrors for help"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I can access the nowtv app ok.&amp;nbsp; Its just the channels on the TV guide that won't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It maybe depends on your box or your TV but I have them as tv channels&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been able to get it fixed although I'm&amp;nbsp; not entirely sure what fixed it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
