BT YouView Digi box, no sound on switching on

Hi, I have a BT You View Box Humax DTRT 2100 and when switching on and selecting a channel there is no sound. I know its not the TV as I can watch a Samsung TV channel and the sound is OK. I have checked the volume is at a reasonably high level on both the TV and Humax remotes.

To clear the problem, I have to switch the power off the YouView Box and reboot, the sound comes on immediately after the restart.

Can anyone please help how the problem can be overcome?

Check to make sure AD button to make sure that Audio Description hasn't been turned on by accident

Hi Nigel, apologies for the delay in responding, unfortunately the problem hasn't re-occurred but if it does, I will check to see if the AD button has been pressed in error. Thanks for the advice
