ITV HUB

I've received notification that ITV HUB is no longer available on my old Youview box and I have ro upgrade. Is this a problem with my box or something to do with ITVX. I'm not happy that I have to get a new box as I'll lose all my existing recordings. I'd be grateful for any advice re box.

ITV have updated their app and it may no longer be compatible with older Youview boxes due to hardware limitations.

The older generation boxes will no longer be supported, there's more info about it Here

From 31/03/22, the ITV Hub app will no longer be supported on YouView Generation 1 devices.

Please head to another device to continue enjoying all of your favourite ITV shows.

Affected devices:
• Humax T1000 from BT or retail
• Humax T1010 from retail
• Huawei DN370T from Talk Talk
ITV Hub will continue to work and be available on other YouView boxes and through YouView on Sony TVs.
