Cancellation of TV Package

Hi, I have just cancelled my BT TV Package, do I need to send my YouView box back to BT ? I had had the package for a few years before cancelling.

Hi. I don’t think you need to return the box if you had it for a while. Can’t remember the dates for which you would have to return any equipment ( possibly if you joined after 19th December 2019).. But BT will send you a returns bag if you need to return it otherwise it’s yours. Hope this helps.

Thank you, I am thinking of not returning but I’m just a bit scared that they charge me if I don’t return.
