    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ta had done that, still occurred , but give BT there due , sending me out a new box free of charge , so was worth making contact with the help desk .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;During watching live tv using my you view box, the colour reception changes from normal full colour to just purple and green, this has happened now 6 times or more, and to get it corrected i have to unplug the box to get it too reset. Anyone suffering same issue and if so how can it be resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happens to me every Sunday afternoon while watching football on skysports especially at half time I've had a new box new TV new hdmi cable still same problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I watched skysports trough the now tv app on my TV today&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been getting the same for a few months. Using NowTV for SKY with a BT Youview Box - quite often when the live sports broadcast goes to an ad break and comes back, there are a few clicks on the sound and the picture goes green/purple/monochrome. To fix it, I switch the Youview box (via settings) to 1080i, and then don't accept the new settings and it reverts back ok. I've tried to ask NowTV but they're not that interested (presumably the switch back to the live broadcast is sending something in the signal that is affecting the box).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what made this start to happen as the setup is old - so maybe some firmware upgrade on the youview box, or something Sky added to their transmission feed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know nothing about broadcasting, but it seems to be in the signal. It happens virtually every time that Sky switch back from recorded to a live&amp;nbsp; (in my case football) stream - as if some form of reset was being sent out. That is why I thought it was a Sky issue and contacted NowTV. It's not new either - there are other reports on here going back years. Is there no way the feed can be analysed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes its the same with me , its during live sports and only on sky, but BT are sending me a new box , so will see what happens.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I ask what TV you have? The one here is an older Panasonic Viera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The peculiarity with what I see, is that the Youview box menus (ie what's on now/next) come up in normal colour. It's only the main picture that's affected. It's also difficult to tell if it's the TV that's been changed or just the Youview box - as presumably by changing the Youview box from 1080p to 1080i (and then leave it it at 1080p), that sends some form of reset to the TV (and I don't have NowTV as an app directly on the TV to check)? I can't believe everyone with NowTV on Youview is getting the same issue (although there are a few reports of this on the web, there don't appear to be enough for a global problem).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have the issue either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT box Pro, hdmi cable supplied with the box, TV is a Sony bravia 37" (can't remember the model) but its circa 2010 model. Having said that I use a Sony str-dh800 av receiver in between. I do note that on first power up of the stack, hdmi dances about for about three times. Then settles and its perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder if it's something to do with hdcp as I'm sure sky want that feed 100% locked down and protected from being re-streamed. Perhaps software is checking the handshake and that upsets certain TV models?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also doing the resolution switch would definitely reset the handshake as the box will probe the tv's edid for supported resolutions...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
