Hi,

Been having an issue with my YouView box since last night. Box shows as being on, but doesn't output a signal to the TV, it's just a black screen. Have power cycled the box and have tried other HDMI sockets. The box is connected to broadband and the light on top is on. Something that may also be relevant is the box seems warmer to the touch that usual. Model is DB-T2200/BT/DF.

Would be grateful for any assistance, thank you.

Sometimes a couple hours might be necessary.

The latter, left if off for about an hour whilst I was out.

Have to say given it's about 5yrs old, I'm presuming the only use it's going to have now is as a paperweight. Given I also tried swapping the HDMI cable with no joy.

Unless someone comes in at the 11th hour with a magic wand, I think I'll start looking at how to source a replacement.

Thank you.
