Bt entertainment missing channels

Signed up for new bt entertainment deal with netflix and now tv. The two apps working great but the 12 sky channels are missing from the tv guide, hence unable to record.
Bt appear to know about this problem but still ongoing!

Hi @Zubi welcome back to the community, I'm sorry the Now channels are not showing in your TV guide.

Can you try a reset of your BT TV box post back and let me know if that helps?

Try a Youview software Youview update via the settings tab

The only software update is via the tv box setting which I have tried.

On the channel tuning list 13 subscription channel are listed.

On the tv guide, blue button categories only shows amc.

I already bought a bt box pro, so not using the box supplied by bt could this be the problem?

You mention

If you scroll along the categories to EXTRA are there any channels other than Box Office channels listed.

Try a auto rescan of channels on the BT box. That sometimes is needed to show the Now channels on the EPG.

Bt box pro has a simple retune channels, no auto suggestion

We also have another Pro tv box which did cause problems in setting up our subscription. Everything’s fine now though. We can only watch/record our subscription channels on one nominated box. We can use the other box for Netflix and NOW apps and also to record the Freeview channels as normal.

But how did they arrive?! Please update the thread to say what you did to solve the missing IP channels in the EPG, please

I did nothing, the channels simply appeared, maybe with the help of bt experts here

@Zubi there was probably an order stuck in the background and a remote refresh was done which pushed them through. Glad it got sorted for you 👍
