NOW TV: Account won't activate

Hello,

I signed up for NOW TV entertainment through the BT TV deal with my email address.

After the order was complete with BT, I received an email to create a password for the new email to start watching with the NOW TV entertainment package. I have tried to set the password many time. HOWEVER, it does not work.

It recognizes the email address but I do not get any email to set the password.

How do I access and activate the NOWTV which was set up by BT during the order process?

Yes, I have tried the link many times.

Contacted Now TV support and they referred me back to BT.
