New BT TV account NOWTV not showing in EPG

Has anyone found a fix for this yet? I have tried, resetting the box, turning the box and wifi on and off, and checking all settings...

Only 1 channel is showing on the "subscribed" AMC, Now TV channels not showing anywhere but the app 😞

I think it's a common problem. My NOWTV account was inherited by BT i think this is where the issue may be?

SOLVED!

I started a BT Web chat, the op forced a BT TV BOX update? and now it works!
