NowTV can’t use other devices

I can login with my NowTV email address which is the one that I used for signing up. This was an existing NowTV account. This is not the same as my BT account email. It is not a sky email address
However I do not see the NowTV packages that I have signed up to. They work on my BT TVdevice but I don’t see those subscriptions when logging into other devices.
What am I doing wrong?

@NothingWorksHere welcome to the community and thanks for posting, your Now login name will be the email address you provided to us when you were placing your BT TV order. You should have received an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order with a link to set up the password for that login name.

Yes I did receive that link and have signed in but I don’t see any of the subscriptions.
For instance if I open Movies it asks me if I want to start a trial.
