Now TV channels not showing in EPG

Took up the Now TV entertainment offer of £6 month for two years and received BT Pro box.

I can watch Now TV via the app, but I thought the channels were also accessiible via the EPG.

The BR Androud app suggests that you can access the channels via the BT Box by selecting channel numbers.

The EPG is showing just the AMC channel and the BT sport channels but no other subscription channels.

Software is up to date.

What settings is required to see the Now TV channels in the EPG

Sorry for your poor experience, we have fixed the issue.

If you go to;

Settings > Software Information > Software Update

Your box should find an update, once installed the channels you are looking for will be visible in the EPG.

Hi. I’m having exactly the same issue. I’ve tried the software update suggested but my box says it’s upto date.

Note. My service went live yesterday morning.

any suggestions?
