Hi

I have just signed up to multiroom. I have the new box pro in the front room. I have a HD box on the bedroom connected by tplink powerlines.

Now and again the box in the bedroom freezes likes it hasn't got internet connection needing me to reset the box to get it working again. Also now and again the picture on the subscription channels will go black then come back. I know this box hasn't got WiFi compatibility so is there anything else I can do? Im certain it's something to do with the powerlines but all the lights are on and are looking like working fine.

Connect the bedroom box to the router by ethernet cable (move it downstairs if necessary) just to prove where the fault lies.

Are you getting any error messages (e.g. IPC6023) ?

Hi

Thanks for your reply. No I get no error messages. It's not possible to move it to near the router as its in the front room unfortunately.
