Subtitles

Subtitles have appeared on my TV and I can't get rid of tnem. My husband was watching and says he didn't swtich them on, they just appeared. I've followed the instructions to change this about 10 times and they WILL NOT GO AWAY. It's driving me nuts. I don't know if doing a Factory Reset will do it, or just cause more problems. I don't have any recordings so that wouldn't be a problem. Any ideas?

Not clear as to which BT Tv Youview box you are using but often restarting the box will clear issues.

Subs are very easy to turn on by accident with the older remotes- just hit the bottom right key to turn them off again.
If you have a new remote (with the Pro box) then it's the top right key.
