Pro box - freezing issues / unresponsive / sound issues

Had the Pro box about 8 months now. It's been ok, apart from the reported surround sound issues (still awaiting the supposed fix?).

It is now freezing or being unresponsive (remote not srolling through menus - yes, I've re-paired it). Needs a reboot at least once a week.

For an advertised top of the range box, it is getting even more disappointing.

Not expecting much of a responce, but just posting for others awareness.

Overall, a very disappointing piece of kit.
