over the last few days my tv box has been making a few noise I have had box for some time now but it work ok .

do i need a new one or is it ok .

It could be that the hard drive is on its way out, if so then you will lose any recordings on it. Don't switch it off because it may not restart

Thanks for reply but tonight box shut down when i try to start it up it just keeps going loading then bt waking up had it on for a hour and nothing . I guess it died and need a new one

Yes. It sounds like the hard drive has failed, BT will replace it free of charge if you're in contact
