      <title>Lost All Freeview Channels from 4K box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help me with this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 4k box, which I have had for a few years now, has suddenly lost all the Freeview channels. I have rebooted it without success, and also rebooted the hub. Freeview works fine through the TV so the aerial must be OK. I connected up to my old YouView box and freeview channels are there, so it looks as though my 4K box has developed a fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I can try before ringing BT?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
