Hello

i just had the BT Pro box installed a couple of days ago. I have noticed for the last 2 days, when I switch on the box the screen remains black and all the menus come on quickly. I have to change the freeview channel once or twice for it to come on!! Which doesn’t seem quite right! Once I’ve done that that it’s fine.

any clue as to why, I shouldn’t have to do this every time I switch on the box.

Check the power saving settings in the menu. There's various levels of sleep you can put the box in.
