Netflix error

I keep trying to set up my Netflix add on from the link in the email and all I keep getting is Error while generating your secure token. Please try again. I’ve just about had enough now and lost the will to live!
I’ve phoned up twice and told them the problem they’ve sent another email with the link and guess what same thing Error while generating your secure token ! What is going on ?

Just guessing here, could be to do with your browser settings (privacy, cookies, ad blocking)? I would try doing an Internet search using the browser name and the error message you're getting (Error while generating your secure token).
