Bt remote not working properly

The home button has stopped working on my by remote, can still alter volume etc, any ideas ?

Hi, @Mcdodia welcome back to the community. I'd recommend following these steps to re-pair your remote to the box.

If you need to re-pair your remote, follow these quick steps:

Press the Home and 9 buttons at the same time
Hold down the buttons until the LED around the BT icon flashes purple three times
