Recording stops

Does anyone know why when a program is being recorded on BT TV pro box and you start to watch the program from the beginning before the recording has finished it stops recording from that point please?

Getting numerous Fail to record messages especially foe Sky Sport programmes, is any one else?

Hi, @rnjmills welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your recordings. Please can you try a factory reset, make sure to choose the option to keep your recordings and let me know if that helps?
