BT box pro remote.

I have just got a BT pro box, everything works fine including the Bluetooth remote control. I have got a spare remote control (same bt one)so me and my wife can have one each. I can not get the new one to control the TV, ie volume, source, and off and on. I have tried the home and 9 button solution. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have a look at Bluetooth Remote under Settings. That's where you usually select what device volume the remote controls, but no idea how that would work with two.

Virgin and Sky boxes will only allow one enabled remote at a time - would not surprise me if BT was the same.

Had 2 working with my last but BT box but that wasn’t bluetooth.

I wouldn't expect two to work either, but the OP seems to imply that it's only control of the TV that's not working.

That's correct, I have both working on the box but only one will control the TV.

Is the set-top-box remote setting set to 'tv' or 'set top box' ?
