    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/304547"&gt;@christinecarl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It really is about time that BT customer service staff were properly educated about BT TV and what the Youview box will or won't do when you end your subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing that happens is that you'll lose access to the subscription channels and any recordings from those channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other thing to watch out for is that if the box was supplied after 13/12/2019 then it's on loan and should be returned or a fee will be charged. I'm assuming that you're in the clear here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I no longer have a BT TV subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I still have my BT My View Box (which is mine), can I still uses this box to record etc, BT advised that I would use all the freeview channels if I cancelled my subscription, would I need to connect the BT My View Box to my TV is a different way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
