fast Forward on Demand On Now TV

When we are on demand on our Now TV we can not fast forward the programmes . It goes forward with the numbers on screen but as soon as we stop it it goes back to the original point of recording . I have been chatting with Now TV and no help at all even though this problem has been happening on all platforms over the years . Its not a major problem but obviously a fault which needs to be fixed by either BT or Now TV . Perhaps they could chat to each other to sort it out We have done everything possibly to sort it out our end . We appreciate any more suggestions . We have reset everything so far but still the same . We have also posted on Now TV Forum to see if they can help as well. Thanks

Whch devices are you experiencing this problem on .. eg model of Youview/BT Tv box ?

What frequency is this occuring. Are you experiencing this every time etc ?
