Freeview over IP and wireless extra room boxes

Morning All,

Any updates on when BT will be providing Freeview over IP rather than antenna and when the extra room TV box will be available with Wi-Fi?

I asked both questions back towards middle of June when I was looking to move to BT and was told "any day now"...

Daughter wants a BT box in her bedroom but I want to wait until the WiFi box is out.

By the sounds of it from another new group chat the freeview over ip seems to be imminent.

But who knows until they have announced it.

Don't expect a fanfare like virgin or sky did.

They had recording issues holding it back but these seem to have been resolved now.

There is a list of channel movements but these are changing constantly at https://www.bt.com/help/tv/guide/ip-freeview-guide
