    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a couple of suggestions, apologies if they may sound obvious but it's best to cross them off the list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you reset your router?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you reset your network plugs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried another network cable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any other network plugs to try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have done those or steps 1 to 3 surely BT&amp;nbsp; will send you a replacement router or network plugs, or both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have always found sending them a polite&amp;nbsp; direct message on twitter gets an affective response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ymv102 random error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last two days it seems that I am having problems trying to get my you view box to talk to my internet, on the plugs on the wall, there are two green lights and one red light on status .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have spent two days talking to some random by employee that isnt getting it! &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the error message is ymv102 and it says on the tv ‘we cannot connect to the internet’&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas guys?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have done them all, no offence to to the staff member but telling me the same thing over and over &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt; very irritating. They want to send an engineer but the family all work and its just not possible.&lt;BR /&gt;I might call back tomo and waste another four hours of my life talking to someone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;</description>
