BT TV Box Pro - Unusable in the moring after coming out of Standby

Hi everyone

For the past few mornings when my BT TV Box Pro has come out of standby I have been unable to access any programs from either the guide or by entering a program number using the remote

The guide does not populate although the respective channels are listed

Instead I have a message instructing me to add SKY NEWS to my programs by pressing OK!!

Butwhen I do press OK nothing happens

The only way i can get controlof my box is to access the settings section and retune and then run any recorded progrma,stop the program playing,switch the box off and then on again and hope for the best

Once I get the box working it functions perfectly but I dread powering it up in the morning

The only explaination I have is it may be something to do with the box updating the software overnight but I would welcome any comments to explain this bizarre behaviour
