BT tv App missing channels

The BT TV app Schedule appears to missing some of the channels when paired to the BT TV Pro Box in iinternet mode. examples being 1 BBC 1 HD , 17 Really , 36 Pick , 39 , 40,43,44.. Thus unable to set remote recordings for those channels,

This is on the app on Samsung phone.

Also just checked on IPad app and seems to have similar issue.

The TV region is London in settings.

Is London your correct TV region?

Yes London is correct assuming there is only one London ( I say that as I think under the only aerial system I think I recall seeing London Central or something similar and my aerial signal was from Crystal Palace)
