Already a TV customer using box that needs TV aerial - how do I get hold of a BT TV Pro?

Hello - we have a BT TV box that needs TV aerial connection - but the TV signal is very poor where we live. I can see the BT TV Pro is available that connects wirelessly to broadband. How do I go ahead and get this? We have entertainment TV package.

Same for me except I am on VIP with BT Mobile and full fibre 900 with Halo 3+

I sorted this out on 20/3/2022 but was not offered a BT pro box which I quite like as we have a poor TV reception.

I spoke to the online chat today and he said if you upgrade your TV package you will be the pro TV box - but when I went to checkout at upgrade, it made no mention of a box. Will try to call tomorrow instead and see what happens.
