      <title>Bt tv pro box and internet mode</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have acquired the new tv box pro from CEX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to use this in internet mode and have selected this in setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have virgin media internet with the virgin hub acting as the modem and tp link decos as the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can access the on demand content but unable to watch the channels on the box in internet mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Would be grateful for thoughts on getting this working. Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't use the IP based channels as they're delivered by BT over multicast. The only way to have an active BT TV subscription with broadband provided by BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh and this forum is a customer to customer help forum for BT Retail customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
