      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT Internet is unable to connect to my BT TV Box - I’ve tried resetting the router etc. as suggested on the help page. My box is quite a few years old, not sure if I’d need a new one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Connect it directly with an ethernet cable. If it already is, try another cable &amp;amp; port on the router.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it’s worked for quite a few years, it’s stopped within the last week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything we use is supplied by BT - the BT Hub, plugs etc. it’s wired using Ethernet cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im not sure which model the tv box is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is the box powering up ok? If it is then try a factory reset:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/fix-a-problem/tv-boxes/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-tv-box-" target="_blank"&gt;How do I reset my BT TV box? | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; It shows all the models of box we offer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
