BT Pro Box

Is the BT pro box available to existing VIP customers, I upgraded in February this year but no mention was made of the new Pro box, I am interested as my TV signal is no the best.

I think you should be able to contact BT and request an upgrade from your BT box to the BT TV Pro box.

The best way is usually to send them a DM via Twitter.

Hi @dean2230 , I'm surprised, if you upgraded (not renewed) you package, I am surprised you were not offered a Pro Box. I upgraded to Big Sport last August, and was offered the Pro Box,, I think I might have had to ask tho.
