      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to watch AMC on my BT tv box pro even though I have the Big Entertainment package. &amp;nbsp;It tells me I need faster broadband but I have BT Halo 3 and my current upload speed is 150mb. &amp;nbsp;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry you're not able to view the AMC channel. &lt;BR /&gt;Have you just set up BT TV?&lt;BR /&gt;If you already had BT TV could you watch the AMC channel prior to today?&lt;BR /&gt;Check other internet provided channels and see if they are working ok for you.&lt;/P&gt;

When you connected via Ethernet you would need to have &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/fix-a-problem/tv-boxes/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-tv-box-" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Factory Reset&lt;/A&gt; the box to check if the channels worked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't reset the box please would you connect the Ethernet cable and then reset the box and let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;
