    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything but still no channels,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried resetting router and TV box, tried factory resets, tried disabling smart setup on hub manager, connected via ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Goes through set up and then can view schedule but no channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pain in the bum!! Please help.&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":weary_face:"&gt;😩&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/307022"&gt;@Emma2410&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - are you still experiencing issues?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have full fibre broadband it's worth restarting the ONT (examples of what an ONT looks like&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/whats-an-openreach-modem-ont" target="_blank"&gt;here)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have tried this and you're still experiencing issues then please let me know as it's likely to be a config issue we will need to get fixed by Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
