teletext on youview

When listening to BBC radio on Youview I no longer can view teletext content. The banner page does not appear so the red button is not operational. How can this be fixed please?

Hi @jamboni Which Youview box are you using and if the BT Box Pro are you in aerial or iinternet mode ?

Thanks for @jamboni clarifying the box as T4000, Unfortunately I don’t have that box currently connected to view so will have to on some other forum members to answer.

I just rebooted the BT box and lo and behold the teletext reappeared. Happy now I have found a workaround in case of future occurrences. Having this board to turn to at least got me thinking.
