Hello can any one tell me why I can no longer get text on the BT Pro Box ie News Pages Sport Etc

Are you missing services that you previously had on your BT TV Pro. Box that have suddenly stopped ?

or is it that that some of the features that you had on a previous older BT TV box model are not present on the BT TV Box Pro ?

The BT TV Box Pro doesn’t support the older MHEG technology which was used to deliver some legacy BBC services . The previous generation boxes eg the Humax T series do support MHEG.

It is a sham that it does not have a red button
